Low Season: $200.00/night April 16th through Dec 15 Weekly rate including HI State Tax: $1,559.82 High Season: $240.00/night December 16th through April 15 Weekly rate including HI State Tax: $1,871.79 Rates are subject to change. Please contact us to verify current pricing or specials. Rates are based on a 7-night stay. For fewer than 7 nights, add $15 per night. Minimum rental is 4 nights. Discounts offered for stays of 28 nights or longer. Exceptions would be at the discretion of the owners. A 3-night deposit is required to hold reservation and must be paid within 2 weeks of making the reservation. The balance of your payment is due 30 days prior to the start of your reservation. CANCELLATION POLICY: For a deposit refund, less a $150 fee, cancellation is required 30 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued less the $150 cancellation fee. General Reservation Information These prices reflect an owner-direct discount and are only available by contacting us directly. Book early as we frequently have reservations one year in advance. Sugar Beach 120 is managed by "Maui Condo & Home Vacations" a Resort Quest Company - Maui (800-822-4409). CHECK IN TIME: 3:00 PM CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 AM If you need a late check out, we can guarantee a later check out by charging an additional 1/2 of the daily rate plus tax. Please let us know at the time of your reservation if you will need a later check out. To keep our rates low, there is no daily maid service at Sugar Beach Resort. When you check in, it will have been professionally cleaned. Likewise, when you check out, the condo will be cleaned for the next guests. We do not currently book rental cars, but suggest you obtain one for your stay in Maui. |
